As far as I know, this is a long-established crepe shop that has been in business for over 30 years and is the most delicious in Japan! The hot one is freshly baked and crispy crepe dough with any toppings such as vegetables, ham, cheese, etc., making it great for lunch. The cold ones come with a variety of toppings such as chewy dough, fresh cream, fruit, and ice cream, so you'll be spoiled for choice! Anyway, the crepe fabric is clearly different from other shops!
