A delicious café where a lot of Tsuka-chasing people gather, where the expression "parlor" fits nicely. The flavor of the soft-serve ice cream mixed with the blueberry sauce is excellent. 2019.5.5 ↑I want to eat soft cream with blueberry sauce again, so I went to Takarazuka. Delicious. I quenched it in a few minutes.

It's open from early in the morning, and there are morning services as well. We have very thorough measures against the coronavirus, including hand disinfection, temperature checks, infection control measures, and frequent disinfection. I think the rice is delicious too.
