I had the oolong tea phoenix and the matcha and strawberry terrine. I don't usually drink oolong tea, but I was drawn to the Muscat flavor in the description and ordered it. It felt more like a flower than the Muscat that I get from Darjeeling, but it was very delicious. It was also very enjoyable to be able to experience the aroma of the tea leaves before they were brewed, and to have the tea brewed three times in front of the customers while explaining the differences between each cup. The terrine also went well with the rich and refreshing oolong tea. Both the matcha and strawberry were delicious, but I think the matcha was especially delicious.

We will change the rating from ⭐️1 to ⭐️3 stars in hopes of improvement. They have raw honey and cacao honey! ! Oh! There are also many types of tea. I was so excited about whether I should have honey or tea on the way home. The written communication is only an explanation of today's terrine. I explained the menu and tea in detail to other customers who could hear. I was hurt when I saw that. It's unfortunate, but it was a good opportunity for me to realize that this is the reality and that the people at the stores I've worked with have been accepting and accommodating me wholeheartedly. The terrine is moist and delicious, and you can tell that the original tea is good. The tea is refreshing and delicious with no unpleasant taste. It was nice to have the food in the store, which had both quantity and taste. I was choosing a tea to buy, but I felt irritated with the staff at the shop so I sat down! Because of that, I no longer have any desire to buy it. It's a shame because a friend recommended this restaurant to me. However, the tea and terrine were delicious. My friend was serving desserts made with this tea at his shop, so I wanted to buy that tea too, but I decided against it (￣▽￣;)

It's been about a year since I started going there. It is based on a concept that is quite unique, and I am impressed every time. It can get crowded on weekends and depending on the time of day, but if you're local, it's worth the wait, and if you're coming from afar, it's worth waiting in line. Alone? Really? The young master is doing as much as I expected. Chinese tea is special. The sweets are made with wonderful red beans and of course are handmade by the master. thank you.
