Nishiwaki, Hyogo, Japan｜つむぎ菓子店

Probably nobody knows how cute and nice the owner of this confectionary is, so I have up this pic here. Small modified old housing coffee and cake shop along with Route 36 from Sasayama to Nishiwaki. This place is very convenient for drivers to take a break on the way, atmosphere is family like and good. No regret or disappointed at all.

First visit 7/30. Running on the road for the first time, I happened to see a shop.It was hot, so I ate in the plum gelato of homemade seasonal gelato only for this time. It was a very carefully made gelato and it was very delicious ~💝. I was worried about the homemade roll cake peach 🍑 version. Also, it was a shop that I would go to.

We had the roll cake and rare cheesecake for eat-in, and the apple pie and cookies for takeout. The roll cake had a flavorful cream and moist sponge, and the rare cheesecake had a mousse-like texture that left a good impression. The apple pie had a nice refreshing sour taste. The cookies aren't cheap, but they're delicious and the ingredients make sense. I think I want to go again. I visited him for the first time in a year. It rained last year too, but the calm greenery from the window is nice. Is the coffee from Ucafe in Ono City? The cake is consistently delicious. It's not pictured, but the lemon cake has a nice sour taste from the lemon.
