There are many old folk house cafes and country cafes in the Mita/Sasayama area, but this one is by far my favorite. The owner and his wife have a calm atmosphere, elaborate and delicious food, a menu that changes every time you go, beautiful tableware, gentle seasoning, and a relaxing wooden interior. The feeling of being warmly welcomed whenever I go there is what makes me want to go every time I'm in the area. Lunch is of course delicious every time, but the newly added snack plate was a great value as I was able to enjoy a variety of mildly flavored snacks.

It is a detached cafe where the word "at home" really suits you. The staff was really kind, and I was able to spend a fulfilling time that I would like to come again next time. Access is not very good, but there are several parking lots. The store has about 4 tables on the first floor and a large space in front of the kitchen in the back. A low table and a chair for children were also prepared, and I was able to borrow picture books and toys. I thought it was a lunch box, but it was a plate, so it was a Japanese-Western style with a little arrangement, although it was Japanese with croquettes. For dessert, we had muffins on display. The price is neither expensive nor cheap. Lunch could be a little cheaper. Although the correspondence with children is added, this is already a perfect score.
