Rakuda is a fun + very unique, rare find in Japan. The owner is a serious jam enthusiast who doesn't make his own hand but wants to promote jams from across Japan. He rotates the stock each season to feature 60 different varieties throughout the year. Some are sweet, others savory and a tasting tray can be set up for anyone keen to buy some. He does serve good if you call ahead about meals + there's space, he says he can accommodate vegans, vegetarian and gluten-free meals. The meal set for 1,500 per person has a variety of dishes which utilize 19 of his favorite jams. The shop is completely non-smoking and has space at 2 tables and the counter to sit at. The name of the shop Rakuda means 🐪 camel as the owner was once told he looked like a camel and fully embraced it. He opened this Camel Jam 'Seminar' cafe in 2015. There's no English menu or descriptions in English but he's very friendly and keen to help.

This was my first time going to a jam specialty store. The atmosphere was very stylish and cute, and the owner was kind enough to tell me about the jam. Suitable for jams that can be used in cooking, tea, coffee, yogurt, etc. There were a lot of jams and other things, and everything was clean and cute, and there were so many things I wanted to try. It's an exciting shop that sells rare items that I've never seen before, such as radish jam and broccoli jam.The jam was not too sweet, and I could feel the owner's commitment to it. The taste of products from a shop that is particular about things like this will never disappoint! ! The jam was so delicious that I thought so. It seems that there are things you can try and things you can't. There is also a cafe menu, and it seems like the store also offers dishes that go well with jam. If you like jam, this is a place you should definitely visit when it's open.

The owner's response was very good, and the place had a calm atmosphere.
