Shobara, Hiroshima, Japan｜Spring Home

A 5-minute walk from Shobara Station, I visited for lunch and had a ``dress omelet'' and ``espresso coffee.'' The chicken rice wrapped in a glossy and creamy egg was made even more flavorful by the rich demi-glace sauce, and it was very delicious. I entered the store just before noon, but after that it was busy with takeout and lunch customers. You can choose seats to suit your mood that day and the number of people, such as a counter by the window or a Scandinavian-style table with cushions, and the layout makes good use of the space, giving you privacy. There are local specialties near the cash register, and today (September) Shine Muscat was around 700 yen. The staff were friendly and it was a relaxing place to stay.

The restaurant was cute, and the seasoning of the food was to my liking. It seemed like a good place for a date for young kids, or for lunch with mom friends.

The chiffon cake and herbal tea are very delicious and my favorites. It's a cafe where you can relax and have a nice atmosphere.
