Shaved ice pioneer! I went in search of shaved ice, but the pancakes looked delicious so I ordered one each. There were many different shaved ice flavors on the menu, and they all looked delicious so it took me a while to choose (^^;) Of course the shaved ice is delicious, but the pancakes are surprisingly delicious! I don't usually like to eat pancakes because I don't feel like I've actually eaten them, but these were so filling and delicious! ! I received the shaved ice caramel pumpkin and American cherry Mont Blanc. Both were absolutely delicious. Personally, I prefer pumpkin.

The menu is much smaller than last year. However, the taste and volume remain the same. The chocolates worth coming all the way from Okayama to try have been reduced to two types, but they are still rich and delicious. The matcha was also ``strong'', the shiratamako was soft, and the red bean paste had just the right amount of sweetness. I had Espuma fitted and it fits very well. Brown sugar soybean flour also has a deep flavor that is different from others. I wonder if there's a little less flavor, but all of them are voluminous and carefully and beautifully made. This is a restaurant I would like to visit once a week if I were in Okayama.
