Great European style bakery made in premises in reused old abandoned buildings. One was a convenience store, the other a gas station, now both actively used again to supply locals and online shoppers with high-quality breads, pizzas and pizza ovens. Original sourdough bread is made with their own organically grown wheat. Now made special for restaurants such as Kissa-Saeki Cafe vegan burgers in Hiroshima city and a vegan cafe in Ehime. Only a few of the breads are made with butter and dairy, all others are vegan. Coffee served here as well as a few other hit drinks. A few tables to sit at, or take-out.

I was so impressed that I was able to eat this unique German bread in such a place! I took it home and baked it and ate it!! It was crunchy, fluffy inside, and had a slight sour taste. It was amazing!!!

It's a heavy bread It's supposed to be eaten by cutting it into thin pieces, but since I ate it right after I bought it, I tore it up with my hands and ate it. The inside of this bread is chewy and very filling. The ingredients were carefully selected, so it was very delicious.
