Fukuyama, Hiroshima, Japan｜Hoshino Coffee

We had strawberry pancakes and mandolin coffee from the seasonal limited menu. The pancakes were fluffy and sweet with the scent of cherry blossoms, and had a nice texture. It's an easy-to-drink coffee with a roasted flavor that doesn't have a strong taste, and I would have liked to have a second helping if I had time. The customer service and the inside of the store were calm and I felt very relaxed.

It's been a really long time... I stopped by for dessert after dinner. Sandwiches with me🥪☕✨ I'm a pancake🥞🫖☕✨ It was so delicious😋

Soufflé is the standard, but French toast is also delicious. Currently, I recommend matcha-based drinks as they are not too sweet.
