This is a restaurant that serves delicious sandwiches, parfaits, and fruit drinks, located two doors down from Cinema Mode, a movie theater near Fukuyama Station. The seasonal “Happy Fig Parfait” that I came across by chance last year and fell in love with. This year, I came to Fukuoka to coincide with the Fukuyamanime event, so I had Happy Fig Parfait five times over three days, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I encouraged my friends to come and try the fruit sandwich. It's really delicious. Rich soft-serve ice cream with a strong milky taste raspberry sauce too (If anything, I don't like raspberry sauce, but the soft serve ice cream and raspberry sauce alone are delicious enough to make me happy while eating it.) Also, the texture of the granola-like cereal at the bottom. All ripe figs are delicious too. The taste of the top and bottom of the fig is different. It has a gradation of taste. The cream part is soft serve on the top and the gentle sourness of yogurt on the bottom, so you'll never get tired of eating it. It doesn't (probably) contain fresh cream, so it's recommended for people who don't like fresh cream. It's so delicious that even after eating it five times, I was still impressed by the first bite. I think it's a ``theatre of deliciousness in the form of a parfait that you can experience'' with your mouth. Please come and experience it. I love figs, mainly eating fig sweets at various shops in the Kanto region, but the parfait here is without a doubt the most delicious fig sweets I've ever eaten. It is the unwavering No. 1. In September, they will be offering a parfait made with even more special figs, so if you are within walking distance, please give it a try. In addition to figs, we also have parfaits of melon, peach, kiwi, pineapple, and depending on the season, mango, strawberry, American cherry, and sweet potato. The soft serve ice cream is delicious with both milk and pistachio. All items can be taken out, so please feel free to come and visit us even if the store looks crowded.

During my annual trip to Fukuyama, I discovered a sandwich and fruit parfait shop next to Cinema Mode. The year 2022 was drawn to me by the photo of ``Happy Fig Parfait''. The quality of the figs, soft serve ice cream, framboise sauce, cereal, and everything else was different from any fig sweets I've ever eaten. A year has passed since then. I was able to visit this restaurant in the fall of 2023, which I had dreamed of many times and always wanted to eat when fig season arrived. Thank you again this year for “Happy Fig Parfait”! ! As the name suggests, this is a parfait that spreads happiness from the moment you take a bite to the last bite. The scent that passes through your nose immediately after you feel happy on your tongue also makes you happy. Each component is definitely delicious, but when they come together, the deliciousness is also outstanding. Pairing it with a drink will reset your mouth, so your next sip will make you feel happy all over again. This is a masterpiece that shows an overwhelming understanding and respect for fruits. With this quality and size, I'm also impressed with the price, which is less than 2,000 yen even with a drink included. During my 2-night, 3-day trip, I went to eat here 5 times (once I ate so quickly I forgot to take a photo). I pre-ordered it on the 20th when I arrived in Fukuyama, and on the 22nd when I was on my way home, and ate it at the hotel and then on the night bus on the way home. The pistachio cream also has coarsely ground pistachios mixed in, making it a texture theme park) A soft sandwich filled with fluffy, moist bread, perfectly ripe figs that make you wonder which side is vertical or horizontal, and fluffy cream. The masking tape used to hold the packaging has been folded at the edges to make it easier to remove, which is a thoughtful touch. Of course, since they are living things, they must be eaten on the same day, and we cannot spend the year with them. Still, it was a perfect set to end this year's Fukuyama fig sweets series, as we regret saying goodbye to Fukuyama. Even when Special Box is not available, it is possible to select fruit sandwiches and make your own assortment. I really like soft serve ice cream, and have eaten various soft serve ice creams at my travel destinations, but the "pistachio" soft serve ice cream here is the most delicious! I gave it to my husband who doesn't like sweets, but he only eats the ice cream here. Recently, it has been a late-night cafe, and I used it for the second party after eating at the girls' party. It has a refreshing aftertaste and is perfect for an after-meal dessert.
