I'm Nandar, a travel writer who doesn't like public baths. I visited Hoshi no Furusato Fujihashi after taking a bath in the hot springs at the roadside station Hoshi no Furusato Fujihashi. It seems to be a restaurant that is loved by locals, and there are always customers when dining there. There are about 10 tables, but the seats in the back offer a beautiful view and are recommended. No matter which meal you choose, you are sure to find it delicious. It has a nostalgic feel and satisfies not only your stomach but also your soul. The lady running the hall had a pleasant customer service, and I was happy that she remembered us even though we had only visited twice. The scenery and delicious food will satisfy your heart and stomach. Thank you for the meal.

A friendly salesclerk will welcome you! The Chinese set meal was full of volume and I was very satisfied. The ramen was a nostalgic Chinese soba 🍜 it was very delicious. From the back seats, you can see the Ibi River and mountains beautifully 🗻 Binoculars are also equipped, so you can see wild birds!

2022.11.14 update Morning use. 🍁Autumn Ibi River Morning On November 14th (Monday), a public holiday, we went to Ibigawa-cho to visit Meotodaki Falls 🍁Autumn leaves viewing and ♨️Kuse Onsen Hakuryu-no-Yu hot spring cure. We had a morning service at Cafe Rest Hokuyo located along the Kuse Dam of the Ibi River at the corner of the intersection with National Route 303 and Nishimino Momiji Highway. The view from the terrace seats (indoor) is superb Like Aichi, Gifu, one of the three Tokai prefectures, also has soybean miso (Haccho miso) and tamari culture. The dew on the kake udon is black, but it is not salty like koikuchi soy sauce and is mild. Instead of bonito, the combination of broth and tamari, which is centered on muro-aji, and the topping of hana-katsuo (boiled bonito shavings), are exactly the same as Nagoya kishimen. The pork cutlet bowl that uses Tamari is also delicious😋🍴💕
