What a delightful and sophisticated addition to rural Kaizu! Nice Vietnamese dishes, a total surprise

Visited by myself on Saturday morning around 10am. The inside of the restaurant was full, and we were told that we could be taken outside right away, so we thought it was getting a lot cooler, so we headed outside (but as it turned out to be hot, we moved inside when the inside was empty). Ichijiku morning just started the season! It's a fashionable morning ^_^ The figs aren't that sweet, and the bread is sweet? Both are easy to eat without being too sweet. I thought the egg was just a regular boiled egg, but it seems like it has some kind of spice added to it. It also comes with a refreshing sorbet (gelato?), yogurt, and salad, making it very filling. A stylish space that suddenly appears in the middle of a rice field. It's also photogenic. The parking lot can accommodate more than 10 cars, The seats are inside 6 people ✖️1, 4 people ✖️1, 2 people ✖️11 (Can be combined to accommodate a large number of people) outside 6 people✖️2, 2 or 3 people✖️1 There are many people who come here with friends, with their children, and on their own, creating an atmosphere where you can spend a relaxing time. The store staff are also kind and nice. I have relatives who live nearby so I will go again.

I went to TIKKER for lunch, which I had always wanted to go to but couldn't make it to. It was a little after 12:00, but I was seated right away, probably because it was the last day of a three-day weekend. The inside of the store has a slight scent of exotic spices. My nose soon got used to it and it didn't bother me anymore, but it's great because it matches the atmosphere and scenery of the store. I was hesitant about the Dandan Pho, but I ordered the shrimp avocado banh mi lunch set (1050 yen). Drinks are separate, but I got 100 yen off, so I ordered oolong tea (380 yen → 280 yen). It didn't take long until the soup and deli included in the set came out. The soup is consommé-based and has the flavor of cabbage, onions, and bacon. Does the deli have dressing on fried fish? Something was playing. The deli food isn't piping hot, but it's crispy and delicious. I wonder if it changes daily. The signature shrimp avocado banh mi comes with fries as a side dish. My favorite is the thin, crispy one with flavor on the batter. The banh mi has a sturdy baguette that is crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, making it warm and delicious! The marinated carrots and radish have just the right amount of sourness, the avocado is so sticky that you might think it's cream, and the shrimp and tomatoes intertwine, and all in all, it's really delicious! You can choose whether to add coriander or not, but if you like it, you can add more for an additional 100 yen. I had it as normal, but it was delicious without being too overpowering. (This is my personal opinion) It's chewy, so it's very filling. However, it's quite large, so you'll want to open your mouth wide and eat it. It was my first time eating out in a while, and I was very satisfied!
