Ibigawa, Gifu, Japan｜天空の里 上ヶ流(かみがれ)

I visited Kamigare after seeing Machu Picchu. I was intrigued by the fact that it was shown on TV! The store was run by an old man and three parents. As for the menu, I ordered the limited quantity tea somen set and it was served in about 10 minutes after waiting. Tea somen noodles (chewy and chewy), tea leaf tempura (delicious tea flavor) A set of gelato with powdered tea salt mixed in after the meal is a perfect way to finish off your tea. The food was truly Samsung-level and the explanations of the dishes were very thorough and it was extremely delicious. The tea somen noodles are chewy, the tea leaf tempura is eaten with tea salt, and the gelato has a slight tea flavor and is less sweet, making it easy to eat. The air was delicious, the scenery of the tea plantations was delicious, the somen noodles were delicious, the tempura was delicious, and the gelato made me feel like I had been hit with a finishing blow and was very relaxing. The shop is in a few minutes after going up a narrow and steep slope. The store was filled with a nice scent. No shoes are allowed inside the store. When I told the store clerk that I would like to take a picture from the tea plantation, I was asked to guide me through the tea plantation. I heard stories about pesticide-free cultivation, tea seeds and flowers, and the history of tea plantations. When I returned to the store and drank green tea, I was impressed by how sweet and fragrant the tea was and how delicious it was. Very kind, polite and healed. Real pesticide-free tea is not something you can get easily, so I would like everyone to stop by and enjoy high-quality tea. 22/6/4 postscript: I revisited to have fresh tea. I had a delicious tea somen set (matcha salt, new tea leaf tempura, and matcha gelato). Somen noodles are also delicious with matcha salt. The new tea leaves that were made into tempura were soft and sweet enough to chew. It happened to be a day with few customers, so I enjoyed a relaxing time.

Both the somen noodles and the gelato were delicious. It was a really nice place.
