If you want to take a quick detour into heaven while doing whatever you're doing in Gifu, this is the place to do it. Every morsel of food and every drop of beverage is just simply delicious. We stopped in with four people, and each of us got a tray full of little bites with a centerpiece dessert. It didnt take very long before we were all sampling each other's treats while rolling our eyes in delight. Home made desserts made with fresh milk, eggs, and fruits just have to be tasted to be believed.

I visited for the first time in 3 years. Even though it's located at the back of an inconspicuous alley, customers keep coming and going. There is plenty of parking available, so you don't have to worry about it, but be careful as there are only a few seats. I couldn't decide on a menu, so I ordered the platter again. The contents include cherry clafoutis, blueberry roll cake, angel pudding, etc... The drink was royal milk tea, and you can choose from a variety of tea leaves, but I chose the royal blend, which is not flavored. It would be nice if you could choose from Assam or Dinbura. You're lucky because they contain sweets made with seasonal fruits such as cherries and blueberries. The clafouti has a very soft texture, and the roll cake is made of chiffon, which is also interesting because it has just the right amount of sweetness and a different texture from sponge. The pudding is also smooth and not too sweet, and although more and more shops are now offering firmer pudding, the standard type is also good. The royal milk tea was also delicious in a tea set that looked like an unglazed pottery. I'm also interested in cold drinks and parfaits, so maybe I'll come back in the hotter season?
