Gifu, Japan｜Beringei cafe

Quiant place near Gifu Station. Staff were friendly and can speak English too. We enjoyed our visit a lot that my friends want to go back again. I ordered their curry meal (kids’) meal not bad for 500yen it already had rice, curry and salad. I will try their coffee next time

I only got a side dish, but I can tell this restaurant serves other amazing food based on the service and the atmosphere

After entering the store, order on the first floor, and go to the second floor to find a seat. I appreciate that they bring the items I ordered to the second floor. Inside the spacious restaurant, there were about 14 table seats (6 of them were at one large table), about 3 sofa seats, and 1 sofa seat for children. The children's seats are carpeted, so it will be useful for gatherings with children. The sofa seats are low tables, so they may not be suitable for eating, but I think they are perfect for relaxing. The corner sofa seats are especially spacious. There's also a stuffed gorilla, the shop's mascot, which makes for a great photo opportunity. The most important food is the famous shortcake, which is quite competitively priced. I only buy high-end branded cakes from department stores. This time I ordered a muffin. When I looked closely, I saw a set of muffin + petit dessert + drink for 1,100 yen, so I went for it. I am satisfied with the moderate sweetness. I don't remember much about the types of muffins, but I believe there were caramel, chocolate, Oreo, and Oreo chocolate. I didn't quite understand what was explained to me verbally, so I ordered an Oreo at random. I think it would be easier to understand if there were pictures on the menu. Both the staff and customers seem young. It's comfortable. Thank you for the meal.
