I went to have lunch at Baum's, which I had always been interested in because of the high reviews. We arrived at 11:45, and the parking lot was already full (if it's full, the staff will guide you). There were reserved seats, and the place was full, but we had to wait about 10 minutes before being shown to our seats. For lunch, I ordered grilled fish (salmon marinated in Saikyo miso). The amount of salt and grilling was just right, and it was very delicious! The small bowls of stews, salads, and garnishes used lots of vegetables, making them healthy. The arrangement of the food was done with great care, and I was grateful to the owner for his thoughtfulness! The morning service is also very luxurious, so I definitely want to use it sometime soon ♪

When I visited Cafe BAUM for the first time, it had a new and clean interior, and there were 5 seats for 2 people, 2 seats for 4 people, and 2 counter seats (for 2 people). There are 6 parking spaces in front of the store, and today I ordered a morning meal with only a drink fee. The staff was very nice, and all the food was delicious, but I especially liked the chawanmushi, which had jelly on top and the yuzu scent 😍This is a restaurant I'd like to come back to again ☕️
