I like galettes and have eaten them at several other restaurants, but the edges of the galettes here weren't folded tightly and they were very thin. Perhaps because of that, the majority of it was crispy and light and easy to eat and delicious. I especially liked the tomato and anchovy galette. Is the crepe wrapped or thin depending on the menu? The honey lemon had a crispy texture, and the apple and rum raisins had a chewy texture and were both delicious. The evening menu looked delicious, so if I had the chance, I would like to ask.
