Kani, Gifu, Japan｜Azumaya Coffee Kani

Before going there, I checked the menu and the prices and thought it might be a little expensive but still reasonable. Having been there twice now, I can say that for the quality of the dishes, drinks and overall service, it’s actually fairly cheap ! Despite being very large, the shop retains a really soothing atmosphere. The french toasts are actually like how we would make them back in France (save for the ice cream but who would say no to additional ice cream, right?), and I was very pleased with them. I look forward to my next visit. ^^

Specialty coffee also smells good. It's delicious, but so is the tea. They also have Japanese black tea and herbal teas such as rosehip hibiscus. The specialty coffee shown in the photo is From a Sierra Nevada plantation in El Salvador. It's different from what I drank before, so I wonder if it will be different when the lot month changes. It has a good aroma and refreshing acidity, After drinking it, it tastes like raisins. It was sweet and delicious✨ I wonder if it's natural rather than washed.

The architecture is beautiful and the decor is cozy and clean. The color comes from the menu and company. My coffee was wonderful! I loved!!
