[No food experience, came here for delicious coffee on the way back from boarding] ・The interior of the store has a retro and nostalgic atmosphere, and it is a very moody space where you can feel time passing slowly. ・This is a wonderful quiet space, so if you want to make a noise, please refrain from doing so for the sake of other guests. ・If you are two people, you should sit at the counter. ・For a delicious tea time on a date. ・If you want to drink black coffee and want to try the deep taste that you have never tried before, please try "Strong". ・Even when it cools down, there is no sourness, and the good bitterness remains, making it highly fragrant. ・Mocha pairs are a perfect match for "Strong". If you enjoy one bite at a time, the aroma, bitterness, and sweetness will be different each time, and you will have a great time. ・The coffee is extracted using a siphon, so it's fun to watch it being extracted from the counter. ・The master was very kind, and when I tried to take a photo of the siphon extraction process on the counter, he moved other equipment away to make it easier to take the photo. It's a wonderful and thoughtful shop. I want shops like this to remain for a long time to come.

A café in Gujo Shinmachi with jazz music. Even though I had just eaten a full breakfast at the inn, I had a morning. It was a delicious morning that didn't cut corners. The atmosphere of the shop is also very nice. Carp were swimming in the waterway in front of the shop, which seems to be Gujo, a city of water. The coffee was also very good, so I would like to visit again.

We had delicious coffee and exquisite Hida beef curry. It's full of meat and is exquisite. The flavor of Hida beef and the richness of the roux match for a deep flavor. It was a wonderful space to enjoy some delicious coffee and take a breather!
