Best lunch in Gifu! I had the pleasure of eating at this lovely cafe last weekend. It is clear that they take a lot of care and thought into the dishes. They treat every ingredient with respect. I had the fish set lunch, with tea and dessert. Everything was delicious! When my dessert came, they had drawn a portrait of me on my plate with chocolate sauce!! This so cute and made me feel special. Especially as they were busy with other customers and I was dining alone. I left the cafe feeling very happy with a smile on my face! :) I had the rose tea, which came with a syrup which you mix together. It was beautiful! Next door is a lovely shop where they have a large selection of teas. If you like tea, I recommend this! Overall, the atmosphere is very relaxing and you can spend hours in the lovely cafe enjoying yourself. I will be returning this weekend for breakfast. :)
