Kakamigahara, Gifu, Japan｜Blue Cafe

I wanted to eat pancakes with lots of fresh cream, so I searched for images. I ordered an iced coffee with a fresh cream pancake drink set. The pancakes were not like mini pancakes that are common elsewhere, but were made properly and fluffy, and the fluffy fresh cream was not too sweet and was refreshing to eat. I ordered it with more fresh cream instead of plain, and I was able to finish it just fine. The coffee had a strong sour taste, which I didn't really like, but I was satisfied and would like to come again. P.S. The pancakes here were the most delicious. There are many types of coffee to choose from, but the iced flat white had just the right amount of bitterness and sourness, and the foam was a little warm, making it a very good coffee.

A cafe with a nice atmosphere The food is delicious. Is it perfect for girls? The amount may not be enough for guys who want to eat a lot.

It was my first time to visit, but the master's smile was soft and his wife welcomed me wonderfully 😃 I asked for Sakura Cafe, but the master topped it with sweets for weddings in Kagawa Prefecture, which is now a hot topic 💖
