Kawabe, Gifu, Japan｜line side cafe

Visited 2023.10.8 After descending Mt. Tomi, I stopped by for a slightly late lunch. I had the margherita omelet rice. It's served piping hot on a griddle, so unlike the traditional omelet rice, the eggs were fluffy and delicious. However, it doesn't have much volume, so I think it's suitable for women. We had a relaxing time in the quiet and comfortable store.

I visited for a while while taking a walk in Kawabe town. It's nice and quiet because it's located along a small path just off National Route 41, which is heavily trafficked by large trucks. There is a mountain hut in such a place! What does it feel like? However, when I stepped in, a very stylish and tasteful space spread out. It must be the most fashionable place in Kawabe town. So much. I sipped my hot coffee at the table in the back. good. I was healed by the greenery of the back mountain seen from the window. The service cookie also has an organic texture and taste that goes well with hot coffee. Lunch looks delicious too. I want to visit again. I don't like coffee and don't usually drink it willingly, but This coffee has a rich aroma and a milky feel. No bitterness or astringency even after time passes I was able to drink it refreshingly and my concept changed. Thank you for providing such delicious coffee. We had a wonderful time.
