Food is super delicious. Cheesecake, Homemade Yuzu and Carbonara!!! Highly recommended.

Café de Wakami is an institution in this beautiful city suspended in the Showa era. Pleasant service in an authentic setting. As in many cafés in the region, the coffee is served with toast and here with a hard-boiled egg.

It is a cafe with a nice atmosphere and delicious bread and coffee. It is a great place to leisurely unwind from your travels, and you can also have a meal if necessary. It is conveniently located in front of the Frog Shrine, which you must visit at least once if you come to Gero. I went to eat Ogura toast (red bean paste toast) and it was delicious as well.
