Gero, Gifu, Japan｜Marukokissashokuji

This is where you wanna start your gero experience. Mainly because of the location 👌and also the friendly warm welcome of the staff here. After the long train ride when you come out of the station this cafe is right in front of the station welcoming you to this wonderful destination. Enjoy a cup of coffee (and the free nuts 😊) at this spacious cafe where you can chill for a bit while getting ready with your maps and guides.

Located in front of Gero Station, the store is spacious and is a great place to kill time until your express train leaves. This time I only had hot coffee, but there seems to be a lot of variety, so I'd like to try it next time.

The calm atmosphere was impressive, and the food, especially the cutlet, was so delicious that I would like to come back next time I'm in the area.
