You can enjoy coffee and cake at the cafe, but this time we were interested in ``Japanese yam.'' This time, I ordered the "Kabayaki Donzen" where you can enjoy Japanese yam. This set includes kabayaki Japanese yam and ankake udon (yellow soba). Let me tell you the price first, this set [1,410 yen] as of February 2023 The roasted wild yam was so delicious that the moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma of the wild yam and the aroma of the sauce matched perfectly, making you smile. I thought it was more delicious than eel bowl! ! Ankake udon is made with plenty of Japanese yam and is simply delicious. It was a very elegant dish that matched the natural flavor of the Japanese yam and the soup stock. (This udon noodles alone will cost you 1,500 yen.) Reservations are required, as the yam will only be prepared after the order is placed. It's really delicious, so I'll visit again when I'm in the Ena area! !
