According to the season, you can have chestnuts sweets in Autumn and Winter. The Issai cake is a specialty of Kameya. The decoration and ambiance are perfect !

Ordered freshly baked castilla and grilled castilla. When I asked the store clerk about the difference between the two, he replied, "They are completely different." Actually the two were completely different. The freshly baked one feels like a fluffy sponge or chiffon cake, and the baked one has a fragrant castella surface. Both were delicious without being too sweet. It went well with coffee.

The town of Iwamura is quaint and is a place where you can forget about time and spend some time relaxing. Kameya-san is a great shop to soothe the fatigue of your walk. Delicious kudzu pudding and castella are items that people will be happy to send. We pay careful attention to the ingredients, such as using aluminum-free baking powder.
