The atmosphere is a bit kitsch but the owners are very nice and love travelling abroad. So they will try to speak with you if you know a bit of Japanese. Cheap price and the food is not to bad. Good spot for morning breakfast and lunch.

It feels like a coffee shop run by locals, so it's easy to spend time there. I love milk tea because it's so generous!
