Nagiso, Nagano, Japan｜Pierrot

Great kissaten (post-war Showa era café) near the bridge and about a 5mins walk from Nagiso station. Menu is quite big for a rural café, and the meals we had were delicious too (katsu curry and buta tamago don). Coffee was good too. Service was quick too, the atmosphere takes you back in time. Clean facilities!

This restaurant is very good. I really enjoy the food and the atmosphere of the place. The owners are really pleasant I definitively recommend it

Cozy cafe and restaurant in classic Japanese postwar (late Showa-era) style, very close to Momosuke Bridge. There are not too many places like this left. They have an English menu with lots of drinks, food, and snacks. We just had iced coffee and banana juice, but that was excellent. Child friendly too. Our little one broke his juice glass, but the chef was super chill about it.
