I visited on a holiday afternoon. Lunch menu "Carbonara" set. The richness of the cheese is also moderate. Slightly salty. If you change the taste with hot spring eggs, the texture will become even more mellow. Rather than being satisfied with food in a short amount of time, It has a gentle taste that takes a long time to make. The carbonara you get at the cafe is delicious. Coffee is also very deep. We had a great time. thank you very much. I would like to try wine next time. The store's logo "elk" is cute.

This is a cafe near Iiyama station. I visited for the first time in a long time since I moved. This is famous for the souffle cheesecake called "Iiyama Souffle". In addition to classics such as plain, chocolate, matcha, and cheese, there are seasonal fruit and flavored soufflés. It seems that January is an apple, and diced apples were mixed. It smelled softly of apples, and it had a diced texture and was delicious. There are many menus and drinks such as pasta and taco rice for lunch. It was nice to have a calm space where you can relax both during lunch and cafe time.
