At the restaurant, you can enjoy delicious snacks and soba noodles, such as salted squid with a yuzu flavor that goes well with sake, typical of Niigata. The souvenir shop sells Niigata's specialty products such as bamboo dumplings and rice. I bought unusual items such as phantom fish and dried Megisu, and they were quite delicious.
