Super nice. Great little space for events and has a wonderful casual French restraunt that served the most succulent duck. Still being developed and has space for live performances and has a great bakery that makes amazing bagels. Come visit and experience it for your self. I loved this place. 5 🍺 🍺 🍺 🍺 🍺.

There is a good balance of restaurants, and you can use the common space (there is also a water faucet), so it felt like a comfortable food court with a rice paddy deck. I visited with my family before noon, bought rice balls, bread, sweets, coffee, etc. at each of my favorite shops and ate them on the terrace side, which was very comfortable. The people in the shop don't seem to be used to it yet, so if there are a lot of customers, you'll have to wait a long time, but it's a quiet environment, so it's probably better not to get nervous.

On my second visit, I went to a bagel shop that had delicious food last time. This time I bought a caramel cafe latte, figs, Setouchi lemon & cream cheese, and the standard marble chocolate. The menu changes with the seasons, so if you visit regularly you can enjoy a variety of flavors. It was around lunch time, so I went to a rice ball shop. When I ordered the new rice salt musubi and suji roe, I was offered pork miso soup with it. It costs 300 yen individually, but it costs 250 yen if you purchase it with rice balls. It was a sunny autumn day, so we sat on the terrace and enjoyed the view. The new salted rice balls were delicious😊 Not only was the pork soup delicious, but the cup was large and had a lot of toppings, so I was very satisfied. We recommend pork soup with rice balls 👍
