The meat sauce has a stronger demi-glace feel than tomato, and the spiciness that comes with a little spiciness goes well with the fork. And still the same coffee parfait! ! I remember my mother who said, "I'm coming to eat fresh cream." Lightly sweet cream, bittersweet coffee, and coffee ice frozen with vanilla ice cream.
