Cosy local caffe. Nice Mizudashi cofee, cold water extracted, full bodied rich flavour with bit of sourness.

I ordered a blend at a charcoal roasted coffee shop in front of Nagaoka Station in Niigata. The refreshing taste is low in bitterness, and the light and rich taste is gentle and pleasant to drink. It has a delicate taste that is different from the rough blends at coffee shops. The baked cheesecake I ordered together also had a rich cheese and smooth taste. The contrast between the light and crispy texture of the base and the moist texture of the rare cheese gives it a pleasant taste. I enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable time spent looking at rare-looking cups in a relaxing space based on wood♪ 650 yen (blend) 460 yen (baked cheesecake)

This is a coffee shop that I've been coming to since I was in high school. Anyway, the coffee is delicious. Apparently they use twice as many beans as normal. The calm atmosphere and baroque music are also nice. I'm also looking forward to talking with the master.
