Negima, chicken guts sashimi (some of the heart is grilled and drizzled with sesame oil), and chicken bone ramen. I think ramen is made of collagen, but it's covered in a membrane. It's like soft-shelled turtle ramen, or rather, a polite version of Sagaki or Ramen. Sorry, Sugakiya-san. There are a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, so you can't go wrong at a drinking party. Yakitori and other dishes are also very delicious! I'm coming from outside the prefecture for work, and this restaurant has really good food! I think I would go there quite a bit if I was local!
