I visited this restaurant as the third restaurant on my day trip to Utsunomiya. As with the second Darumaya restaurant, I was surprised at the high level of quality of the Utsunomiya lunch bar. This restaurant has a very wide variety of menu items. There aren't many restaurants where you can eat fresh raw sea urchin and handmade hamburgers. I could really feel the handmade feel of the painstaking effort put into each and every dish. And Chitake soba, a specialty of Utsunomiya. I was so full that I had the soup without the soba noodles, but I don't think I'll forget the aroma, soup stock, and flavor anytime soon. Absolutely excellent. It was really delicious. It was a wonderful izakaya where I was able to talk to the master about various things and was completely satisfied both physically and mentally. Hmm, I want this shop in my neighborhood too. I seriously think so. I'm really thankful to you. Thank you for the meal. I look forward to hearing from you again.
