On the last day of my business trip to Fukushima, I researched and found that I wanted to enjoy a variety of famous dishes. , this "Anbei". A long-established izakaya-style restaurant with a nice atmosphere, located in a shopping district near Koriyama Station. It said it would open at 5 o'clock, so I entered the store by myself right after it opened. Then, they said, ``It's fully booked, but you can stay until 6:15 p.m.'' Even the counter was fully booked. . What a popular store. When I was guided to the counter and looked at the menu, I saw a parade of Fukushima and Koriyama specialties. This is correct. After much deliberation, I listened to the staff's advice and ordered the carp namero, salt-boiled local beans, and cabbage mochi. The staff's responses are pleasant and I feel that they are well-educated. You can't go wrong with a store like this. For drinks, we selected the local whiskey Yamazakura Highball. The protrusion is Koriyama's specialty, ``ika carrots.'' It's nothing special, but it's an exquisite snack. This is okay. The local beans are peanuts. A good snack with just the right amount of salt. It was my first time trying cabbage mochi, but the fried mochi was topped with a soy sauce-based sauce, and it was surprisingly filling. This is delicious. And I was looking forward to the carp namerou. Apparently, Koriyama is the best producer of carp in Japan, and there were posters posted all over the station, so I really wanted to try it. And this was truly exquisite. It was my first time eating carp in my life, and I never expected it to be this delicious. It turned out to be a great first carp. I couldn't resist drinking Japanese sake, so I ordered a set to compare local cold sake. The best. In particular, Kira was the best match for me. Time passed quickly and it was the last order. Finish with skewers of local garlic, Mego garlic, recommended by the staff, and water mixed with Koriyama's local shochu, ``Koriyama Tarouemon''. The garlic is roasted with its roots intact, giving it a great flavor and texture. I was very satisfied and the bill was 4,540 yen. This amount is amazing for this content. As expected of Yasubei. There are many young staff members, and they are all very polite and likable. It was a good end to my business trip to Fukushima. There are still many menu items I want to try, so I'm sure I'll be coming back again. fun.

I visited a local izakaya in Koriyama. I entered the store around 17:30 on Wednesday, and the number of customers was about 10%. It was about 50% of customers! Is it about 3-4 minutes from Koriyama station? It's within walking distance! Located next to the Washington Hotel! Mr. Yasubei has been farming in his own shop, and one part of the menu uses products harvested from his own field. Also, in addition to utilizing local ingredients, the Koriyama Chamber of Commerce and Industry? Posters and banners were set up, and it became a local izakaya 😊 As for the customer service, I was strongly impressed by their hospitality as they gave us a lot of product recommendations and introduced how to eat them, and also politely answered questions from other customers 👌!! Also, they are extremely friendly! ! As for the food, some of the sashimi fish were not fresh, but I felt that the freshness and quality of the other products were high! All the flavors are delicious! ! It's a friendly izakaya, so if you're looking for an izakaya with local production for local consumption around Koriyama, please check it out! !

Anyway, it's great! I visited here because I wanted to eat local food (carp dishes) from Koriyama. Everything we ordered was delicious, including the carp dish. Squid carrots, hiyayakko (deep-fried tofu), nameko soup, and freshly picked cucumber go perfectly with alcohol, but even those who don't drink much will want to order them. I thoroughly enjoyed it with alcohol. I fell in love with the personality and service of the staff at the store, so I visited the store two days in a row. I'm thinking of visiting again sometime this year. Next time, I'd like to sit down and have a drink.
