Koriyama, Fukushima, Japan｜Sinoya Koriyama Ekimae

Serves a lot of nihonshu as well. The food is delicious and is served very beautifully. They also serve the extra chilled draft beer which is not very common. The ambience is pretty soothing too but gets loud on a busy day like Friday.

I came here on a business trip from Nagoya, Koriyama, and it was amazing! They also have limited edition Japanese sake, which is delicious. A set of one snack and two 90ml glasses costs 1,300 yen, which is a good deal. The jumbo nametake tempura has a surprising taste and is delicious. The grilled taro made by a local farmer is also great. Squid carrot definitely. I'll come back later.

This is a shop that is particular about the materials 😉 Dishes made with pesticide-free vegetables are delicious👌 The signboard menu, nameko tempura, is exquisite 😋 The staff at the store are also very responsive. I'm thankful that even though it's an izakaya, there's no smoking 🙏 There is a smoking area near the entrance 🙋‍♂️ We also have a selection of famous brands of sake from Fukushima prefecture 👍 I ordered the yakitori platter. Everything is delicious and I recommend it 😉
