Sashimi is the best. The tuna, prepared by the president himself in the kitchen, was exquisite. All the staff are also very nice.

Speaking of Izakaya in Gotemba, "Sakanaya" is Teppan. In fact, that's the only thing I know. Both taste and quality are perfect. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice, but perhaps because of my age, I would have preferred individual tables rather than a large tatami room.

It's in front of Gotemba Station. It was close to the hotel I was on a business trip to, so I wandered in and found it to be a lively shop! I was surprised that the five-piece sashimi set cost just over 2,000 yen. I thought the fried chicken I made myself would be the most delicious, but I was disappointed. They also have sushi, so even if you're hungry, there's no problem.
