I came here because I wanted to eat hinepon, yakitori, and chicken sashimi! Charcoal-grilled and delicious. A cozy shop with great customer service!

I visited Himeji for the first time on a business trip from Kanto. After work, I went to this izakaya to eat Himeji's specialty, Himeji Oden. Himeji oden seems to be eaten with ginger soy sauce, so it was my first time eating it, but it was really delicious. I forgot to take a photo lol After that, I ordered raw food such as chicken sashimi and chicken yukke recommended by this yakitori restaurant. At this restaurant, Chiran-dori from Satsuma is apparently prepared from whole chickens, which is why you can enjoy the freshest yakitori. It was very delicious. I think it's really good because there are fewer and fewer yakitori restaurants where you can eat critters 👍There were a lot of local sakes like sake and shochu that you can only find here. Also, there are various limited-time drinks depending on the season, and this time I tried Shisome Vice Sour for the first time, and it was really delicious! Also, when I come to Himeji for a business trip, it has become an izakaya that I definitely want to stop by.
