I visited there when I participated in the Momoiro Clover Z spring event held in Fukuyama City in April 2023. I was looking for a restaurant near Fukuyama Station when I saw it and went in. I left the cooking to the chef, and the dishes were all wonderfully delicious, including tempura, sashimi, and sea bream rice. The manager was also a friendly person and we had a great time. During the trip, I stayed overnight in Hiroshima and briefly popped in nearby. I had a really fun time listening to details about the ingredients they purchase and their carefully selected sake. The food and sake were both extremely delicious. I was very satisfied because I was able to drink carefully selected and local alcoholic beverages. Shiitake mushrooms are made from logs on the counter, which are then steamed, oysters, carefully prepared sashimi, and tuna in the cheeks and back of the head? , Steak, other fried foods, etc., go well with alcohol! delicious. I liked the Japanese sake Daigorei so much that I went to a sake brewery to buy it the next day. I want to go again! it's recommended.

The customer service is polite and the rooms are clean and comfortable (^-^) The sashimi is delicious and the presentation is visually pleasing. There aren't that many types of sake, but on this day there were sake from three prefectures. Sake is delicious if you relax and drink it with the right knob. Let's go next time.
