River fish sashimi, grilled bandits, horse sashimi, rock fish bone sake, salt-grilled rock fish. First of all, sashimi: Daio rock fish on the left and Shinshu salmon on the right. There is no rock fish in Chiba Prefecture, so I ate it for the first time, but it was delicious! ! I had an image of river fish being peculiar, but it's sweet anyway! Salmon is second to none, but I really liked Daio Iwao. And the bandit grill seems to be half size with this. Delicious and too much! The size that I think a little is enough. The normal size is twice as bad as this one. Next is horse meat This is not a normal horse meat but I forgot the name but it is about 1600 yen. When I heard the story, it seems to be a rare part of horse sashimi. At first, I ate it with horse fat sauce (white liquid, top right), but I didn't like it. However, garlic is also delicious when eaten with ginger soy sauce. I ate horse sashimi for the first time in a while, but it was so delicious... The salt-grilled rock fish was delicious with no bones. And it's rock fish bone sake. This was tough for me during this time. First of all, it is hot sake. And when I drank it, it felt like I drank hot sake and a smelly dried fish at the same time. I don't think it's a problem for people who like the smell of dried fish, but I don't like the smell of dried fish. I drank it all. And tomato mixed with shochu I didn't know how to drink this. I think I would probably crush the tomato with something and drink it, but I couldn't find anything to crush it, so I drank it as is, but it's just plain shochu with water. It felt like it was frozen when I tried it. The last one is sweet and thought ice cream. Homemade Matsumoto blueberry sorbet. This is kind of funny. First of all, it was a feeling of making sherbet. When I tried it, ah, this is it! ! It tasted like apricot jam that used to be sold for around 20 to 30 yen at candy stores. I was able to enter the store easily, but it soon became full and there were several people waiting outside. This restaurant has a wide variety of alcoholic beverages and is very satisfying. I'm too drunk to remember the total amount, sorry. After that, I searched for sashimi of Daio Iwao, but I couldn't find it. I'd like to try it again, but sorry... There was a restaurant called Yamazato near Nagano Station, but is it a branch? If I come to Matsumoto again, I will definitely visit here. Every dish was delicious.
