A hideaway shop near Nagano Station. This is a store I've always wanted to visit. The owner, who is a sommelier and SAKE DIPLOMA, will show off his skills. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm and pleasantly bright. All dishes made with seasonal ingredients are delicious. The grilled mackerel not only tastes great, but also has a beautiful knife edge. The fresh onions slowly grilled over charcoal are also the best. The extra-thick stingray fin I wanted to try was so delicious I couldn't stop drinking. The recommended pairings were particularly good. I re-recognized the pairing of roasted mackerel and Chinon, and the compatibility of red wine 🍷 and fat. We also chose the recommended sake and they were all delicious. I was grateful that the host explained what he had heard in detail. I had the best time. Sorry to bother you again. It was a feast.
