This is my first visit to Yama Chaya. I liked the calm atmosphere in the store. You can eat mushroom dishes, chicken dishes, and local Shinshu dishes. On this day, I ate mushroom Shinshu golden gamefish hot pot, horse sashimi, etc., but the owner taught me the explanation of the type of mushroom. The food was of course delicious, and Shinshu soba was the best at the end of the pot. Next time, it's decided here. Thank you for the meal.
