The sashimi is average (as mom said, we don't put much effort into sashimi), but everything else is delicious. The whole raw octopus (covered with a kimchi-like sauce), Tochio fried meat with miso sandwich, yellowtail kama, wild vegetable tempura, fried flounder, and sea bream rice balls were all very delicious. As expected, the general was trained at Nadaman.

It was lively, the food was delicious, and there was an Akahoshi restaurant that was taking precautions against the coronavirus👌 Even though it was Saturday and there was a coronavirus, it was very crowded. I want to come again when I come to Niigata again. The hard work of all the staff was conveyed. The food and drinks were delicious.
