We had a dinner together to get a taste of Shinshu all at once. We started with Tekka miso, then enjoyed Sanzokuyaki, Basashi (horse steak), cod sprouts, and Shiojiri wine, all of which were delicious. It was so popular that I was able to slip in, but given the taste and price, it makes sense. I visited for the first time in about 30 years. I'm happy that it's still open. This is a store that I want to stay here forever.

Always full of local customers, you can enjoy local cuisine. There are two types of sanzoku-yaki: orthodox sanzoku-yaki and salt sanzoku-yaki. Shio-sanzoku-yaki is not just salty, but rather delicious with a curry flavor, so this is recommended. Now it's seasonal "Fukinotou Tempura", it tastes like spring. Hand-made soba noodles are good for closing, but the miso-grilled rice balls that the shop's mother bakes are quite delicious. Eating grilled rice balls with tea and pickles will make you feel nostalgic. Corona measures that are worrisome this time of year. The counter reduces the number of seats and secures the space. The number of table seats is also reduced, and a screen is used between the tables. The private room has a window, so I open the window and take countermeasures, and the customers are quietly enjoying the food, so it's safe.
