Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜Kawachiya Ekimae

The night I traveled to Matsumoto with a friend on holiday, I was looking for an izakaya, and I happened to enter at the timing when the counter seat was vacant. To be honest, it was a very close pub. All the dishes were delicious, especially the stew and skewers. There were many kinds of alcohol, and there were many famous Japanese sake. The blonde-haired An-chan stands in front of the counter and looks scary at first glance, but she carefully grills each skewer one by one, and even apologizes when the drinks are served late. I was completely beaten by Even though it was full and busy, the customer service was wonderful. Also, when I went to Matsumoto, I definitely wanted to stop by. There were 1 table seat, 6 to 8 counter seats, and 3 tatami mat tables in the back. Tables were also prepared outside the store, and it was full.

Recommended menus such as simmered offal, amilleba, and negireba are delicious. If you like visceral meat, please go there.
