Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜長野の郷土料理と地酒 手打ち蕎麦 和利館(わりかん)

2023/7 Tempura soba 1700 yen. Daisetsu Valley 570 yen. Today, I visited Warikan near JR Matsumoto Station. This is a local restaurant. From the cold soba menu, I ordered Tenzaru soba for 1700 yen and Daisetsukei for 570 yen. The tempura of tempura soba is quite luxurious and voluminous. It was really delicious to have soba noodles while biting tempura. Soba noodles are chewy and rustic. Thank you for the meal.

There is a shop about 5 minutes walk from Matsumoto Station.The entrance is narrow, but the inside is quite spacious.The soba is my favorite 7.3 soba, firm and delicious.The tempura is also good. It's delicious freshly fried, and the boiled winter melon was delicious like nothing I've ever eaten before.If you're near Matsumoto Station, check it out.
