Hakuba, Nagano, Japan｜Sarugaku

Swinging by before opening for dinner, we were lucky to secure the last table for four people. I’d recommend: Pork gyoza with leek Pork gyoza with plum Grilled Mochi cheese with seaweed Miso beef tripe I also like their complementary edamame.

Everything was really good, from de drinks to the food. Their homemade tofu was super creamy an delicious. The staff was also great and was able to provide me with some vegan options.

Absolutely breathtaking meal, each dish was unique and the flavours inter-complimentary. The chefs are machines, cleaning while cooking the dishes.
