Kitakata, Fukushima, Japan｜Tamagawa

This was my first visit, but if you want to eat delicious yakitori in Kitakata, this is the place to go! There's no sashimi or fried food, but I guess they've deliberately narrowed down the menu. The offal stew has a nice flavor to it, right down to the konnyaku, and considering the amount and deliciousness of the yakitori, I feel there is an advantage to competing with a specialized menu. And the cost performance is so extraordinary that you might even think it's worth paying an extra 100 yen for the whole menu! There's a price bug. Seriously (lol) While prices continue to rise at many stores, I am humbled by the fact that they are offering a skewer for as little as 150 yen. Also, since they serve two dishes as appetizers, you won't run out of sake until the main course of yakitori arrives. [Yakitori] Chicken wings (shio), liver (sauce), kashira (shio), young chicken (shio) Both the salt and sauce have just the right amount of saltiness. If you don't have confidence in your meat, you won't be able to avoid adding too much salt and spice. The liver, in particular, had no odor and was not overcooked and crumbly, which is common, and I felt like I had eaten something fresh and delicious for the first time in a while. One drawback is that the chicken wings start at 2, so if you go alone, you might be satisfied with just this... [Boiled offal] Offal, creamy, konnyaku flavor stains...delicious! Sake is progressing! It's a shame that this costs 350 yen. [Appetizer] potato salad and pickles It comes on a small flat plate, but the portion is so good that it's about 2 small plates. Personally, I thought it would be nice if the potato salad was sprinkled with black pepper to give it a tangy finish.

Speaking of yakitori, it's Tamagawa! Anyway, if you go, be sure to ask for liver✨ I have never eaten such fresh and odorless liver anywhere else! ! ! Also recommended is Nankotsu skewer☺️ You'll be surprised because it's different from the others🎶 Anyway, I love mom too😆💕 I think it's a good idea to make a reservation as it's often full 😃
